The Chamber is delighted to feature another "new" member from 2006, Arnaman Real Estate and Arnaman Auction Service located on the northwest side of Cameron at 5295 SE Hwy 36 on the north end of Great American Homes right under the billboard.  Broker-Auctioneer Chris Arnaman has owned and operated both businesses since 1992.  Through superior customer service, experience and integrity, Chris has grown his business and reputation substantially.  In January 2003, a second office in Cameron was added.  Chris and his capable staff of Duke Allen, Dixie McCary, Mary Hemry, Trisha Sally and Stacy Muessig can take care of any kind of real estate.  They're proficient in residential, farms, commercial property and other real estate located in Cameron, Hamilton, Kidder, or in northwest Missouri.  Stacy Muessig also serves as office manager.
Customer satisfaction and complete sales management have been critical to Arnaman Real Estate's success. In 2006- Chris Arnaman was presented a Certificate of Appreciation by Allen Gentry, Rural Development Manager for the Richmond Local Office.  The recognition was for the outstanding service that Arnaman Real Estate provides to their clients to find affordable homes and appropriate financing so that individuals and families can fulfill the American dream of homeownership.  The presentation was in conjunction with the proclamation of June as Homeownership Month.
Chris' second business has been part of his life almost since birth as Arnaman Auction Service is a family run business that began in 1952.  Chris Arnaman took over the business in 1987 and has been serving the area every since by conducting approximately 185-200 auctions every year since 1970, and offering residential, farms and commercial real estate.  One of their biggest auctions, the spring machinery consignment auction, occurs annually in April.  As the son of an auctioneer, Chris is a natural.  Auctioneers frequently wear distinctive hats to help bidders focus on the action.  Chris is no exception except he sports one of the best hats around, a wide black cowboy hat similar to Garth Brooks'.  Clearly the good guys don't just wear "white hats."
