Notice:  Department of Natural Resources, under Chapter 260 RSMO, regulates the disposal of demolition / construction waste. Such waste in types, and quantities established by the department, shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for disposal. No burning allowed.
DEMOLITION CHECKLIST

Disconnect all services contact;

1.Water and Sewer must have on-site inspection. Services must be disconnected, capped and recorded as per Water / Sewer Department supervisor. 632-2177

2.City Electric Co. will disconnect service lines from structure. 632-2177

3.M.G.E. to abandon service line before demolition begins. 800-582-1234

5.Cable Co. Mediacom 800-234-2157

6.Demolition of commercial structure requires DNR permit. Missouri Department of Natural Resources, (816) 622-7000 

7.Contact the City of Cameron Building Inspector for an inspection after all services have been disconnected and removed.  632-2177

8.There is a $500.00 deposit required that will be returned when and if all inspections are satisfactorily completed and lot is backfilled and smoothed to final grade.

9.Project must be completed within 45 days of issuance of permit.
