Notice: The disposal of demolition/construction waste is regulated by the
Department of Natural
Resources under Chapter 260 RSMo. Such waste, in types and quantities
established by the
department shall be taken to a demolition landfill or a sanitary landfill for
disposal. No Burning Allowed.

General Specifications
Sidewalks:
All walks shall be designed to ADA specifications.
Sidewalks shall match adjacent walks in width, grade,
and elevation. Min. width (5) five feet (unless matching
adjacent walk). Min. thickness: (4) four inches for normal
travel area and a min. of (6) six inches thick, reinforced with
rebar where vehicle traffic crosses a walkway.
Curb ramps where required (ADA 4.7)
Driveways/Parking lots: All driveways shall be an "All Weather"
surface a minimum of (6) six
inches thick and lead to an approved parking area.
Residential:
Driveways and/or parking areas are required accommodate (2) two
parking spaces per dwelling
unit and shall lead to a garage, side or rear parking area as per
"Zoning Code Article 24". All driveways
shall be an "All Weather" surface, a minimum of (6) six inches
thick and shall match grade of sidewalk
transition. All concrete drives require rebar.
Tap fees and street cuts:
Street Cuts Water = $350
Sewer = $450 Non-Paved Alley Cuts = $250
Water Fees:
Corps, stop, meter loop, ring, lid and well are included.
3/4" water tap = $200
1" water tap = $225
