Prepayable offenses must be paid with cash, money order or cashiers check. NO personal checks prior to court. The payment must be made before 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled court date. Please contact the court administrator if you have any questions.

PREPAYABLE OFFENSES



The following offenses REQUIRE A COURT APPEARANCE and are outside the authority of the Violation Clerk:

1. Any violation resulting in personal injury or property damage.

2. Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants of drugs (such charges shall have a judgment of $25.00 assessed also upon a conviction).

3. Operating a vehicle with a counterfeited, altered, suspended, or revoked license.

4. Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.

5. Any other traffic offense not previously listed.
