1. My trees are growing into my power lines. Will the City come and trim them?

Yes. Contact the Electric Department at (816) 632-2177 and they will inspect your problem and schedule time to maintain the power lines.

2. My power went out in the middle of the night. Who do I call to report my outage?

Contact the Water Plant at (816) 632-2844 for electric or water problems outside normal business hours. The Water Plant is staffed 24 hours a day. Contact City Hall at (816) 632-2177 if an outage occurs during normal business hours.

3. My alley is really dark. Can I get the City to install a dusk to dawn light?

Yes. Contact City Hall at (816) 632-2177 for information on security lights. A charge for this service will appear on your monthly utility bill.
