It is prohibited to allow your cat to run at large within the city limits of Cameron. When outdoors, each cat must properly restrained by leash, fenced property and or monitored tethering to prevent the animal from violating the at large ordinance.

A signed request for records form is requested but not mandatory and is available on the Records Department page of this website. Each request for records must be evaluated for availability. To find out if a warrant has been issued for your arrest, come to the Cameron Police Department with a valid photo ID. Warrant information can not be given over the telephone.
The City has an agreement with R&W Container for large item pick-up for City of Cameron customers. Simply contact R&W Container directly at (816) 632-3590 to arrange the pickup for a small fee. Construction materials do not qualify for the large item pick-up.
The City offers a Christmas tree collection site near City Hall for a few weeks after the holidays. Do not burn the trees or leave them for trash collection.

Utility payments are due by the 15th of each month. After that date, late penalties are added to the bill. The fourth Tuesday of each month is the disconnect day for unpaid utilities. Contact City Hall at (816) 632-2177 to make payment arrangements if you are unable to pay by the disconnect day.
