Voting Eligibility
Any person that is qualified to vote shall be entitled to register in the jurisdiction within which he/she resides.
In order to vote in any election requiring registration, a person must be registered no later than 5 p.m, or on the normal closing time of any public building where the registration is being held if such time is later than 5 p.m, on the fourth Wednesday prior to the election.
Cameron is located in two counties, Clinton and DeKalb, and you may register to vote in either of these two counties at the City Clerk’s Office at 205 North Main. For more information, contact City Hall at 816-632-2177.
